DELIVERY INFORMATION

Tom Aylwin Contour Boxes is open for business.

We take the utmost care with cleanliness when packing your orders. Boxes are handled and packaged with clean hands.

Dispatch times remain the same as usual (see below), and although unlikely, there may be a small delay in delivery in some areas.

All boxes are made to order and rely on all relevant information given when requested. Lack of information can delay the manufacture of your Contour Box. Current standard delivery times are between a six to eight weeks for a bespoke item, and 3-4 weeks if it is a ‘Shop’ product, but if you have a tight deadline or any questions about specific delivery times for your selected product please contact Tom.

UK Delivery:

Within the UK, standard delivery is £10.

All orders are shipped by DHL or Royal Mail "Special Delivery", depending on the value and urgency of your order.

International Delivery:

International orders are shipped using DHL or Royal Mail "International Tracked and Signed" service both of which are trackable. We will provide you with a tracking number to follow your parcel's progress once posted.
Boxes typically ship for no more than £64 but please contact Tom for a quote.

International orders from countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duty charges which is a tax that you as the customer will have to pay for importing foreign goods into your country.  For current rates it's advisable to get in touch with your local customs department as you are responsible for these costs.

Packaging:

All pieces are very carefully wrapped in a fully recyclable form of packaging and cardboard box. We would be very grateful if these could be re-used or recycled.
