We make everything to order and you will find the production time on each product page. If you have any questions about production time please contact Tom before or after you have placed your order.

Tom uses DHL for his deliveries as they are well suited to a reliable delivery worldwide.

Duties and taxes may apply to shipments outside the UK, the customer will be responsible for these charges. Contour Boxes by Tom Aylwin has no control over these fees, and we cannot provide guidance on the specific costs, as they differ from country to country. For more details, please reach out to your local customs office. Please be aware that we are unable to reimburse you for any duties and taxes paid upon the delivery of your order.
